Vintage Design
The “living landscape” was one of the fundamental themes of design in the 1960s. Verner Panton’s Living Tower was conceived in this context. Thanks to its organic shapes this mobile sculpture can be used on four different levels. High more two meters high, the charming tower of padded seats is equipped with a stable birch plywood substructure. Users are surprised by its comfort, furthermore the clever arrangement of the internal niches encourages communication.
