EXTREME RARE ITEM!
An extremely rare 1950s sofa from Cuba by designer Gonzalo Cordoba.
Solid Brazilian mahogany and new Brazilian Angus cowhide upholstery.
According to the National Museum of Cuba, there are only half a dozen.
Due to the Communist Iron Curtain, Mr. Gonzalo designed almost exclusively for hotels, private individuals and state-owned companies.
This GUAMA sofa was designed for the Dujo company in 1954 and produced for a 5-star hotel.
