The glass top has 3 chips, which are under the rim or around the screw cut outs. Not visible with top attached. Does not affect the integrity of the piece.
There are four top screws, 2 are original and two are modern replacements.
there are no makers marks on the piece. I can assume it was manufactured in Italy by Mastercraft or Labarge.
