Vintage Design
A Mid-Century afrormosia upholstered armchair by Guy Rogers. From the 1960s.
The chair has been re-webbed and reupholstered and is very comfortable. The solid afrormosia angular frame is in nice contrast to the seat’s sinuous shape. The chair is very well constructed with through tenons. A less seen design.
Very sturdy with no loose joints or damage, it has been cleaned and waxed and is in very good condition, showing a few light marks with use. The close up of the fabric is a good colour match.
The inside seat width is 54 cm. The back cushion is 67 cm high.
