Vintage Design
Cassina presented the Sesann system by Gianfranco Frattini in 1970. The project included an armchair, a two-seater, a three-seater sofa, and a coffee table. Its standout feature is an external chrome steel structure that gives the polyurethane foam padding a shape.
It reminds another one of Cassina’s bestsellers: the Soriana lounge set. The most significant difference with Soriana was the presence of armrests. Furthermore, it lacks buttons tightening the upholstery, making the design more amorphous.
The set here concerns a stunning set of ocre yellow bouclé Sesann sofas in 2-seater and 3-seater edition with chromed frame.
The sofas still bear the original Cassina logo.
